RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

For returns to be valid, items which would be needed for clarifications are:

  • Receipts (Original)
  • Invoice/ Delivery Note

Conditions for return/ Exchange are:

  • DOA – Dead on Arrival (Products from the company to the customer)
  • Neat And properly packed. (No scratches)

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some of these items enlisted below cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been damaged or misused
  • Items without complete packaging (seal inclusive)
  • Items with already scratched serial numbers
  • Items with missing accessories

RETURN/ EXCHANGE PERIOD

Laptops/ Desktops, Accessories, Servers, Server Accessories, Printers e.t.c but to name a few, can only be exchanged or returned within 3 days of purchase.

Software or licenses cannot be exchanged.

 

N.B:  Note that complete scrutiny would take place before a return is completely valid and complete information about the returnee would be noted down for security purposes.

Exchange must be subject to approval.
